Meet Carlyn

I stand here as a woman who has walked through flames and crawled her way out of rock bottom too many times to count. My youngest years were deeply connected to the Spirit world, Elementals, Spirit Animals and mythical creatures. Though without guidance or mentorship, I felt alone, misunderstood and overwhelmed at what society was telling me to do & be.

 I understand deeply what it’s like to feel so lost in this world and yet also know that there must be more. After many years of personal struggle; medicated for anxiety and depression, health issues and hospitalizations,
no answers to the root of my chronic pain and numbing out to deal with it…
I had enough. 

At the ripe age of 19,
I looked beyond my suffering and
chose to walk my soul path.

I set out on my Heroine’s Journey, which began with a one-way ticket to Australia, a destination my Heart whispered to go. No plan and no idea what would unfold. Nearly 12 years later, I have moved through my own heart-led rite of passage to become the woman I am today. Unraveled to be rewoven.

I now live pain free (I discovered the root to my chronic pain of 17 years through somatic tracking and deep inner exploration), am surrounded by profoundly beautiful soul friends and family, continue to travel where my heart calls, but also experience spacious living closely attuned to nature and my feminine cycle, and am still actively weaving my dreams into reality!

Along my way to what is my present life,
I discovered hula hooping and flow arts, dabbled in performing and pure experimentation, which brought harmony in my body & mind and overall creative expression.

I was astonished to experience the profound ‘Flow State’ and connection to Source energy, which initiated the next phase of my spiritual awakening.

I found teachers & mentors that have supported me to deepen on my embodiment and spiritual journey.

Since 2018, I have been facilitating heart-centred offerings based on what was aligned for me at the time. From meditation circles, 1:1 Reiki & Energy healing sessions, Hoop dance workshops & series, Performing Flow Artist (Hooping, Silk fans, Fire Dancing) – you can read more about my flow artist journey into becoming ‘Carlyn Creatress’ here:

The last couple years have been an integration and pivot towards Self-Expression through Tigress® Yoga, Ecstatic Dance DJing & facilitating private coaching sessions & programs. 

I have offered my healing services at Seven Sisters Festival, Origins Gathering (USA). I’ve also performed at Seven Sisters, Esoteric and Kuranda Roots Festival, as well as danced for Deya Dova’s Bird Tribe tour in Cairns.
