I craft intentional movement journeys that take us towards self-sourced ECSTASIS. Each set is a carefully woven tapestry of world sounds, bass-driven beats, ethnotronica, organic house, and lyrical heart songs designed to guide you deeper into connection with the parts of you just waiting to be EXPRESSED. 

In 2017, I picked up a hula hoop and my life changed.
At the time I was working full time in corporate business services at a men's medium security prison. I know. 
Bound to my desk, literally in a prison. My hoop is
the catalyst that got me OUT of that loop and on
a path that has been unfolding ever since. 

The Journey from Flow Artist to Self-Expression Enthusiast

I became enthralled with learning tricks and transitions, spending my evenings post work just shaking and wiggling while listening to DJ sets from festivals I had started attending. 

The festival world opened me up to other Flow props, and I soon acquired a pair of Silk Veil Fans and Fire Fans to continue to Flow Artistry exploration. 

Bursts of energy that would come through, no thoughts or ideas, and moving with full trust & surrender to what would come through. This sensation and profound experience is what led me to seeking mentors in Women's 
Embodiment and Spiritual/Psychic Development to further enhance the energies I was tapping into to be able to channel that into transforming
my life. 

Through my own embodiment journey with Tigress®  Yoga which unravelled my somatic pathways of movement & sound and reconfigured how I move my body according to what she needs... I discovered Ecstatic Dance when I moved to Cairns in 2022. No shoes, no phones, no drugs or alcohol, no inhibitions.
JUST DANCE HOW YOU FEEL.

This kickstarted a new chapter of Flow - one without a prob or object and where all 'performing' mindsets dissolved. 

From Ecstatic Dancer to volunteer, which led to becoming part of the core crew and event managing team. I was invited and mentored by Emily Ember (FNQ) to embark on the Ecstatic Dance DJing experience! I have received mentoring from DJ ISHWARA (Mullumbimby). 

Since February 2025, I have DJ'd at Ecstatic Dance Cairns (Residency), Kuranda Roots Festival, Connect Fest, Neon Ochre Collective (VIC), Ecstatic Dance Adelaide, Adelaide Dance Tribe, Seven Sisters Festival, Ecstatic Dance Mullum. Completing my first DJ Tour in March 2026 (SA, VIC, NSW)

Overtime, I began to perform and had the opportunities to share my Flow Artistry at private events (2020-2023),
Esoteric Festival (2020), Castlemaine Fringe Festival (2021), Seven Sisters Festival (2022) in a Fire Duo Act.
I've been teaching movement series, workshops and hoop dance themed events throughout 2021 - 2025.

In 2025, I danced as the 'Lemurian Blue Starseed' on stage with Deya Dova for her Bird Tribe Tour show in Cairns. 

The deeper I went into the world of Flow,
the more I entered into what they call 'Flow State'
